Our co-op meets on Tuesdays, 10am-3pm, from mid September through mid June and we have 3 Trimesters  lasting approximately 12-13 weeks.

Tuition is paid by the trimester, a month before the trimester starts so we are able to cover our space fee on time. It’s all to keep things flowing smoothly and keep the heavy accounting work to one or two weeks per trimester. Early bird tuition is the base tuition. Late payments add $10.

There is an annual registration fee of $30. This helps us cover our insurance and some materials.

FPC requires that all new members do a background check and a one hour online abuse prevention training. The fee for this is $10 paid to FPC.

Tuition amounts and due dates:

If making 3 payments is difficult for a family, the nine monthly payment or 12 monthly payment options are available.

Refund policy:

Because we are a zero profit cooperative with a focus on financial accessibility, we operate on a slender budget and rely on member payments to pay rent and run programming. For this reason we consider member payments to be non refundable after two weeks from the payment date. In cases of sudden life changes for families such as unforeseen job loss, major illness, or accidents, we will work with families to give prorated refunds when the family desires and it is possible for the co-op.

Half time membership:

Some member families want to be involved in co-op but are unable to attend full days or attend every session reliably, including families with young children who nap, or families with special needs or disabilities. We are happy to provide half time membership on a case by case basis for families in these circumstances. Half time members pay half of the normal membership fee and either attend half days or a maximum of half of the full days of each trimester.
